Mike Horsley graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree and started working for The Boeing Company. As a Boeing employee, he designed primary structure for various Boeing airplanes from the 737 to the 777 and after 7 years he left Boeing as a regular employee and started working more as a freelance designer. As much as he's loved living all over the United States and twice overseas, he wanted to find a place he could call home and he found his dream home in Napa, Ca. It's not exactly a dream home yet. He found an amazing … hmm, what do they call this, an amazing opportunity? A fixer upper? A teardown? Teardown best describes his little house. No problem. Once he learned how to build his dream home he decided to start this company and help others find solutions for their real estate problems.
